About the Markdown to Word converter
When to use it
Many colleagues, clients and reviewers work in Word, not Markdown. Convert your draft, send the .docx, and they can comment, edit and track changes in the tool they already know.
What you get in Word
Each # heading becomes a real Word heading style, so you can build a table of contents or jump around with the Navigation pane. Tables fit the page, bulleted and numbered lists use Word list formatting, and code appears in a fixed-width style with a light background.
Paper size
Documents are A4 by default, or US Letter if you choose it before converting, with comfortable margins on every side.
Tips for the best result
Start each section with a heading, keep table cells short, and embed images in the Markdown rather than linking to other websites. Files can be as large as the limit shown in the upload box. Pictures must be embedded in the document itself; links to pictures on other websites are not downloaded and show as a short text note instead.
